WHO WE ARE
Unique Dining is the garage band of caterers. The one that got really good, scored a record deal, and got slick but stayed real.
In 2006, Michael Conner started the business out of his East Bethel garage with the help of his sons Jeff and Brian. Jeff took over the business in 2012 and grew it into a company that manages catering and weddings at multiple event venues including Bloom Lake Barn and our HQ venue, Courtyards of Andover.
WHAT WE DO
We can throw down, plan ahead, and hold court last minute. Our brand is about having your back, being real, and delivering stellar service. Fancier family style wedding? Corporate lunch on the run? Pig roast at an outdoor venue? Backyard pool-party? WE GOT YOU.
Unique Dining drops off hearty, count-on-able meals at corporate offices across the Twin Cities, then we turn around and serve 300+ plated meals at our HQ venue, Courtyards of Andover. We can also serve a mean drink with our licensed bartending service.

HOW WE DO IT
Unique Dining is a bit country, a little city, and always real. Tell us what you really want for your event and we'll really listen. Share your Pinterest dreams and we'll let you know if we can do it (or if it’s a Pinterest fail in waiting). Are you simply interested in good, wholesome food for your wedding guests and don't really want to think too much about it? THAT'S TOTALLY FINE. If there is something we cannot do, we will tell you. We are a team of veteran caterers that love what we do, and our job is to bring that joy to every plate.
