PIG ROASTS
Birthday parties, anniversaries, and neighborhood celebrations... you’ve done the hard work of getting everyone together for your special event. We know what a huge accomplishment that is. Let Unique Dining take over from here so you can enjoy your event. Whether you want a pig roast, Minnesota Wood Fire Fry Lunch or a taco bar, we can cater to all your party needs. We are also experienced in events such as Memorial Services.
We offer full on-site hog roasting of a whole roasted pig over a charcoal fired roaster. If you're not into a pig roast, but want pulled pork, we can cook it off-site and bring it onsite, ready to serve. We are a licensed roaster in Minnesota. With each pig roast we offer a full assortment of side dishes.

A service charge of up to 25% may be applied to your event based on location and services. This service charge is not a gratuity nor is it property of any one employee.

This fee covers the cost of Unique Dining providing additional beverages or beverage options beyond what is provided/hosted by client.
On-Site Roasting Fee
Fee applied to events using our roaster. Pig roast and fish fry pricing is inclusive of this fee.
Tax
The county tax for which the event takes place will be applied to all applicable items.
A mileage rate of $.70 per mile will be applied for any order being dropped off or catered at the event site.

To make sure all Unique Dining’s fine catering menus are given the designated attention and care they deserve, a $25 charge for custom menu-planning is billed to the client.
