Step One: Reach out to Unique Dining so we can get started with your menu planning!

You can check out all the options we have for food and drinks via our MENU here. We serve up your selected menu in three styles at Bloom Lake Barn: buffet, plated salad with buffet, and plated. We do buffets as well as plated salads + buffets for weddings of up to 300 and plated meals for up to 175. There isn’t the operational space to do plated meals for large weddings well, and we believe in sticking to what we know will work best for your big day.

Step Two: Set up a tasting.

You can either register for our annual, spring tasting at Bloom Lake Barn, or schedule a private tasting with Unique Dining. Know what you want? No need to do a tasting then.

Step Three: Finalize your menu a month prior to your wedding date.

We get that you might not know your final guests counts yet but we can firm up what they will be eating and drinking.

Step Four: Get us your final guest count 14 days out from your wedding so we know how much food to make.

Count all Maybes as Yeses when you turn in your final guest count at the 14 day mark. It’s totally fine to still have some Maybes, we just need to know the total you might expect so we can ensure there will be enough food for your guests. Please make sure the final guest count you give Unique Dining is the same number you give Bloom Lake Barn. That way everyone gets fed great food and your wedding is the culinary success we know it can be with Unique Dining for Bloom Lake Barn!

Bloom Lake Barn Spring Tasting Specials

Treat your guests to Bloom Lake Barn signature drinks. Get the party started right by purchasing 100 or 200 qty batches of our signature Bloom Lake Barn Bootlegger and/or Barn Bourbon.

Bloom Lake Bootlegger: $8 a glass regular price, $7 a drink for batch of 100, and $6 a drink for batch of 200.

Barn Bourbon: $7 a glass regular price, $6 a drink for batch of 100, and $5 a drink for batch of 200.

Fish Fry Appetizer Special

Add this quintessential outdoor Minnesota appetizer for $6 per serving and we’ll also waive the $150 Fish Fry Station Fee.

China Rental Special
